1. Acceptance
By using Unlit (unlit.cc), you accept these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
2. Services and access
Unlit provides a workspace for approved projects; an invitation does not guarantee application approval. Each project is responsible for the products, licenses and terms it offers its own users.
3. Accounts and security
Provide a valid email address and accurate information. Keep passwords, sign-in codes, keys and API tokens confidential. You are responsible for activity through your account as provided by law. Staff permissions are limited by project, role and assigned products; bypassing these limits is prohibited.
4. Acceptable use
Illegal use, service disruption, access to other people’s data, bypassing license restrictions, and distributing keys or files without permission are prohibited. Resale is allowed only where the relevant rights have been granted. Developers are responsible for rights to uploaded materials and their team’s activity.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service and products complies with applicable law and third-party rules. Using the service for unlawful activity is prohibited.
5. Compatibility and risks
Product operation depends on its requirements, game version, operating system and third-party services. Compatibility after their updates is not guaranteed. Using enhancements may violate a game publisher’s rules and result in game-account restrictions. The service does not promise freedom from bans, errors or interruptions.
The service and products are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that they meet your expectations or work without interruption and, to the extent permitted by law, are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, third-party actions or temporary outages. You decide how to use the products at your own risk.
6. Intellectual property
The interface, text and original materials of Unlit belong to their rights holders. Project materials, game names and third-party products remain the property of their owners.
7. Restriction and termination
Access may be restricted for violations, abuse, payment issues, at the request of law or payment providers, or to protect the service. We may refuse service to users whose activity creates elevated risk. Restricting access does not release anyone from obligations that arose earlier. Consequences depend on the violation and applicable law. Liability limitations apply only where legally permitted and do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes and contact
We may change these terms; the current version is published on this page. By continuing to use the service after changes, you accept the new version. For questions and support, contact us through the channels listed in the site footer. Personal-data handling is described in the privacy policy.
